We process your personal data based on (a) the performance of our services that you have requested, (b) our legitimate interest in running and improving our charter business, and (c) your consent when you contact us voluntarily.

Our service is operated from Sint Maarten (Dutch Caribbean), which is not part of the European Economic Area. Some processors are based in the United States.
