We understand that travel plans can change. The following policy applies to all excursions and transfer services booked with Infinity Boat Charters.
Refund schedule
- 1 week or more before departure: 100% refund
- 72 hours before departure: 50% refund
- 48 hours before departure: 30% refund
- Less than 24 hours before departure: no refund
- If we have to cancel (weather, technical, safety): 100% refund or rescheduling at your choice
Rescheduling
We are happy to move your trip to another available date when possible. Date changes are subject to fleet availability and are granted at our discretion. Please request rescheduling as early as possible to maximize availability.
Weather and safety
Your safety is our priority. If weather or sea conditions make a trip unsafe, our captains may cancel or reroute the charter. In that case you receive a full refund or a free reschedule.
Modifications
Modifications to your booking (boat, departure point, number of passengers, extras) are possible depending on notice given and availability. Contact us as soon as you know.

Festive season
From December 20 to January 7, all bookings carry a 20% surcharge in addition to standard prices. The cancellation schedule above still applies during this period.
