1. What is included in the price of the excursion?

Our excursion prices include the services of a professional captain and crew, fuel, and an open bar with local drinks (Rhum Punch, Ti Punch, Champagne, Beers, and Soft drinks). Additionally, snorkeling gear and beach towels are provided for your convenience. Optional extras such as fruit plates, drones, paddle boards, seabobs, and e-foils can be added to enhance your experience.

2. How do I book an excursion?

Booking an excursion with us is simple. Select your desired destination, date, and time, and fill out our reservation form available on our website. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and approved by our team to ensure availability. You will then receive a confirmation email with a payment link via Stripe to complete your booking.

3. Are there any additional fees not included in the listed prices?

Yes, please be aware that there is an additional clearance amount per person that varies between $20 and $45. This fee is not included in the listed prices and will be added to your total cost at the time of booking. This ensures all necessary clearances for a smooth and enjoyable excursion.

4. What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your excursion, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled excursion will incur a cancellation fee.
